I don't really know how involved vendors and technicians are in this funding process. I'm guessing that administrators make all the decisions, though I could be wrong.
It seems like our university's Office of Instructional Technology makes all decisions. Individual teachers can make recommendations, but OIT never seeks them out.
Dean of the School. As long as it doesn't cost him anything (it comes out of student technology fee), he's supportive.

I don't know how to answer this question b/c I'm not sure how to interpret "involved." Teachers and administors occupy cmtes that establish programs, then techs and directors make things happen on a daily basis. Students are enfranchised on these cmtes
